Obtained complete cancellation of potentially multimillion Euro claim.
- Advised a US tobacco company and its foreign subsidiaries, as well as a Korean eyewear distributor, regarding customs valuation, and their rights under GATT 1994 and the WTO Customs Valuation Agreement in several countries. Enabled the companies to avoid improperly assessed duties and taxes in local jurisdictions.
